About the Masterclass Series

This 12-lecture Masterclass Series is drawn directly from the world’s first International Coaching Federation-accredited Trauma-Informed Child, Adolescent Development & Parenting (TI-CADP) Coach Education Specialization.

The series offers an integrated learning journey across developmental psychology, neuroscience, developmental trauma, and attachment science, translated into accessible, reflective, and practical understanding through the CADP coaching perspective.

This masterclass series offers a structured, accessible, and relational exploration of how human beings develop, and how early relational experiences shape behavior, identity, and emotional well-being across the lifespan.

Together, the series allows participants to understand, integrate, and apply trauma-informed developmental knowledge in meaningful, real-world ways.

Each session explores a core topic from the CADP Coach Education Specialization, offering participants a coherent and progressive framework rather than fragmented knowledge.

The focus is on:

Developmental understanding within family and relational systems, spanning childhood and adolescence.

The formative influence of trauma and attachment on identity, behavior, and relational patterns.

The integration of developmental neuroscience with reflective, real-world application supports both insight and practice.

This series invites depth, curiosity, and integration.

What We Will Explore Across the Series

Across the 12 lectures, participants will engage with:

Developmental Psychology

Understanding emotional, cognitive, social, and relational development across key stages of life.

Family Systems

How children develop within family and relational systems, and how these dynamics shape behavior, identity, and relationships.

Neuroscience of Development

How the developing brain and nervous system are shaped by relationships, stress, safety, and experience

Developmental Trauma

How early adversity, chronic stress, and unmet needs influence development, often in subtle and overlooked ways.

Attachment Science

How attachment patterns form, how they influence behavior and relationships, and how they can be supported and reshaped.

All topics are explored through a Trauma-Informed CADP Coaching lens, bridging scientific understanding with compassion, responsibility, and application.

This masterclass series is offered as a true learning experience, not as content to consume passively.
