1.ICF Definition of Mentor Coaching: "Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies," ICF Website 2021. Within this contract, the Service Provider may share additional knowledge on ICF Core Competencies, ICF Credential Markers, and business-related topics. Should the Coach require a specific focus for the sessions covered within this contract, the request should be made via email and agreed upon.
2. Awarding of ICF Credential is within the sole discretion of ICF. The service provider does not guarantee the success of ICF Credential.
3. Mentoring sessions will include the Coaches who are working towards ACC and PCC Credentials.
4. Mentoring is conducted while keeping Coaching Competency at the Mastery Level (MCC).
5. According to the ICF requirements, the mentoring relationship should take place for three months before filing the ICF Credential Application. The ability to accommodate the Coach's time frame requirements is subject to the availability of the Service Provider.
6. The Coach submits a coaching recording in a common audio format. The Service Provider will inform the Coach of the date of providing feedback upon submission.
7. The ICF Credentialing Exam practice test is offered complementary and is made available to the Coach upon request for 30 calendar days only.
8. Scheduling of one-on-one sessions is subject to the availability of the Service Provider.
9. The schedule of group sessions is predetermined. The Coach agrees to attend the sessions as per the schedule.
10. The Service Provider may reschedule sessions with a 24-hour notice.
11. The mentoring hours become effective from the scheduled time onwards, regardless of whether the Coach arrives later than the time scheduled.
12. All individual mentoring requests should be made 24 hours prior and require confirmation from the Service Provider.
13. If the Coach wishes to cancel a one-on-one mentoring appointment, the Coach provides at least 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled session. If unable to do so, the session will be charged for the scheduled duration.
14. The Coach provides permission to publish photos, videos, screen captures, or any other material publicly. In case the student does not wish certain material to be published, the Coach informs the Service Provider via email at [email protected] within 24 hours after any of the sessions.
15. The mentoring hours that are not utilized within the stipulated time will no longer be valid to be carried forward.
16. The Service Provider is not responsible for reminding the Coach about scheduling or attending the mentoring sessions.
17. It is the Coach’s responsibility to join the group mentoring sessions as scheduled, if the Coach misses any sessions, the Service Provider is not obliged to compensate.
18. The Service Provider and Coach abide by the ICF Code of Ethics (https://coachingfederation.org/about/icf-ethics)
19. The Service Provider will work within the professional ethics and guidelines as designated by the ICF (https://coachingfederation.org/about/icf-ethics). All information related to the Service Provider/Coach relationship will remain strictly confidential except in very rare circumstances where decreed by law; i.e., where the court might issue a subpoena for the file or information or submitting to ICF if necessary. Exceptions to confidentiality would be made only in circumstances such as intent to harm another person, party, organization, property, animal, or any such applicable entity including self-harm. If the Coach wishes the Service Provider to contact a person or an organization outside of mentoring interactions, related to the context of mentoring, the Coach needs to provide written permission (original letter, fax, or email) to do so. When using technology, such as the internet and phone calls as a medium of mentoring there is a risk of security breaches. The Service Provider is not liable to ensure the security related to such technology and will not be held liable for any such security breach.
20. The Service Provider takes all necessary security measures to store the information of the Coach according to the Data Protection Legislations of Thailand.
21. The Coach agrees to keep all communication through all mediums confidential unless agreed upon in writing.
22. All material provided is copyrighted and only for personal use by the Coach. The Coach agrees to obtain written permission from the Service Provider to use them for any other purpose.
23. The Coach provides permission to publish testimonials and feedback on the ICF Mentoring Program publicly.
24. In case the Coach is unsatisfied with the services, the Coach agrees to notify the Service Provider within 24 hours of the first session.
25. In case of termination, the Coach agrees to only file the actual mentoring hours received in the ICF Credential Application.
26. Payment Policy:
- Should the Coach wish to opt for installment options, delayed payments are subject to a 5% service fee in a cumulative basis.
- All payments settled towards ICF Level certification upgrade, Level certification, and any of the ICF mentoring programs are non-refundable.
27.Should the Coach wish to opt for installment options, mentoring hours will be granted, and ICF Level certification will be offered, after the completion of the full payment, including any other fees.
28. The Coach will be provided with access to 6 months of group mentoring sessions organized twice a month and three hours of individual mentoring. The six months begin on the date when the contract is signed.
29.The three hours of individual mentoring shall be completed within 6 months starting from when the contract is signed.
30.The Mentoring Program does not include elaborating how to execute competency, coach education, and development of ethics.
31. During the individual mentoring hours, based on the coach's performance, the Service Provider will only listen to the coaching recordings within the time allotted and verbally validate whether the Coach's coaching recording aligns with the relevant ICF credential markers. (no detailed written feedback is provided)
32.The Service Provider is responsible to only provide professional assistance in providing feedback on the Coach's performance in alignment with the markers of the relevant credential which is different from assisting in cultivating and development of execution of competency.
33.If the Coach is opting for Level 2 Certification, the Service Provide provides written feedback of two coaching recordings using the same format that ICF assessment technically requires.
