With about 20 years of experience spanning the gamut of Investment Banking, Venture Capital Financing, Counselling, Humanitarian interventions and Youth Development, her passion has always been to provide people across diverse cultures and demographics, with the support required, to create meaningful and sustainable change in their lives permitting not only personal and business growth but, fulfilment in life.

She desires to impact lives and empower people with capabilities to navigate a constantly changing and increasingly uncertain world. She wants her clients to have the confidence to seize emerging opportunities with boldness. This desire birthed her passion for coaching.

Today, as a Life Transition Coach, she empowers people to navigate tough transitions into new roles as stable, motivated and fulfilled individuals. Her clients learn to handle chaos in their lives, create a vision of the future they desire with my support, as they pursue the attainment of identified Vision.

As Group and Teams coach, she collaborates with organizations to improve their entire workforce by releasing the full potential of their Teams. This collaboration goes from Vision definition to goals establishment and successful execution by Effective Teams. In Groups, she facilitates the leveraging of Group knowledge & skills to engender achievement of individual performance goals.
