Participant Confidentiality, Privacy & Participation Agreement

This Participant Confidentiality, Privacy & Participation Agreement ("Agreement") applies to participation in the Ignite Coaching Business Incubator 2026, organized by Ignite Global / Ignite International Co., Ltd. ("Ignite Global").

The Ignite Coaching Business Incubator is designed as a collaborative professional-development environment in which participants may discuss their coaching practice, business development, professional goals, challenges, ideas, strategies, experiences, and other information that may be personal, professional, or commercially sensitive.

To create a safe, respectful, and professionally responsible environment for everyone involved, all participants are expected to maintain confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries.

By participating in the Ignite Coaching Business Incubator, I agree to the following:

1. Confidentiality

I understand that information shared during the Incubator by participants, Ignite Group and Team Coaches, facilitators, or Ignite Global representatives may be confidential.

I agree not to disclose, reproduce, distribute, publish, forward, discuss, or otherwise share confidential information outside the Incubator without the prior permission of the person who shared that information.

Confidential information may include, but is not limited to:

I understand that my responsibility to maintain confidentiality applies whether information is shared verbally, visually, electronically, in writing, or through any other format.

2. Respect for the Privacy of Other Participants

The Incubator is a shared professional-development environment. Participants may choose to discuss matters that are personally or professionally significant to them.

I agree to respect each person's right to determine what they wish to share.

I will not identify another participant, attribute statements or experiences to them, or discuss their personal or professional circumstances outside the Incubator without their permission.

What another participant shares within the group remains within the group unless that participant explicitly gives permission for it to be shared.

3. No Independent Recording

I will not independently:

This requirement applies to main sessions, group coaching sessions, breakout rooms, discussions, presentations, and other activities conducted as part of the Incubator.

4. Recording by the Ignite Group and Team Coach

I understand and agree that certain sessions or portions of sessions may be recorded by the Ignite Group and Team Coach facilitating the Incubator for legitimate professional-development purposes.

Such purposes may include professional supervision, mentoring, reflective practice, assessment, training, or credentialing-related requirements.

By accepting this Agreement, I give permission for my participation in such sessions to be recorded for these stated professional-development purposes.

I understand that these recordings are intended solely for the professional development of the Ignite Group and Team Coach and will be handled in accordance with the conditions below.

By providing my permission, I understand that:

5. No Promotion, Selling, or Solicitation

The Ignite Coaching Business Incubator is intended to provide a supportive environment for coaching, learning, professional development, collaboration, and business growth. It is not intended to function as a marketplace for participants' individual services.

I agree not to use the Incubator, its sessions, participant list, group communication channels, or relationships established through the Incubator to make unsolicited commercial approaches to other participants.

In particular, I will not:

This provision does not prevent participants from forming genuine professional relationships, collaborations, referrals, or business relationships independently where there is clear mutual interest and consent.

6. Intellectual Property and Business Ideas

I understand that participants may share original ideas, concepts, business models, coaching programs, methodologies, frameworks, exercises, marketing concepts, written materials, or other intellectual property during the Incubator.

Participation in the Incubator does not transfer ownership of another person's intellectual property.

I agree not to copy, reproduce, publish, teach, distribute, commercialize, or represent another participant's or facilitator's proprietary work as my own without appropriate permission.

I may apply general learning, insights, skills, and reflections gained through my participation to my own professional development, provided that doing so does not disclose another person's confidential information or improperly reproduce their intellectual property.

7. Client Confidentiality

Where client situations are discussed for learning, reflection, or coaching purposes, I understand that I remain responsible for protecting the confidentiality and privacy of my own clients.

I will avoid unnecessarily disclosing information that could identify a client or other third party.

Where appropriate, identifying information should be removed or altered before a client situation is discussed within the Incubator.

8. Respectful and Professional Participation

I agree to contribute to an environment that supports professional learning, reflection, collaboration, and development.

I agree to:

Participation in a group coaching environment does not require me to disclose information that I do not wish to share.

9. Professional Boundaries

I understand that participation in the Incubator may create opportunities for networking and professional relationships.

I agree to respect appropriate boundaries and not misuse another participant's trust, vulnerability, confidential disclosures, contact information, or participation in the program for personal or commercial advantage.

10. Personal Responsibility and Business Decisions

I understand that the Ignite Coaching Business Incubator provides coaching, professional development, education, reflection, and business-development support.

I remain responsible for my own decisions and actions, including decisions concerning my:

Participation in the Incubator does not replace independent legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice where such advice is required.

11. Confidentiality After the Program

My obligations regarding confidentiality, privacy, recordings, and the protection of information belonging to other participants continue after the Incubator has ended or after I cease participating in the program.

12. Breach of This Agreement

I understand that confidentiality and professional trust are important to maintaining the integrity of the Incubator.

A serious or repeated breach of this Agreement, including unauthorized disclosure of confidential information, unauthorized recording, inappropriate solicitation, misuse of participant information, or serious violations of professional boundaries, may result in Ignite Global reviewing my continued participation in the Incubator.

Where appropriate, Ignite Global may require corrective action or discontinue participation in order to protect participants and the integrity of the program.

13. Exceptions to Confidentiality

I understand that confidentiality may be subject to limited exceptions where disclosure is required by applicable law, a lawful order, or an overriding legal or safeguarding obligation.

Where reasonably and legally possible, confidential information should only be disclosed to the extent necessary in such circumstances.

14. Participant Acknowledgement

By signing or electronically accepting this Agreement, I confirm that:

Group and Team Coach Confidentiality & Professional Conduct Agreement

This Agreement applies to any Ignite Group and Team Coach participating in the Ignite Coaching Business Incubator 2026 in a coaching or facilitation capacity.

The Incubator provides a professional-development environment in which participants may discuss personal experiences, professional challenges, business ideas, coaching practices, pricing, marketing strategies, client development, business plans, and other confidential or commercially sensitive information.

As an Ignite Group and Team Coach, I acknowledge that my role carries an additional responsibility to protect participants' confidentiality, maintain appropriate professional boundaries, and use information obtained through the Incubator only for legitimate coaching and professional-development purposes.

By participating as an Ignite Group and Team Coach, I agree to the following:

I will maintain the confidentiality of information disclosed by participants during Incubator sessions, including group coaching sessions and breakout-room discussions.

I will not disclose, reproduce, distribute, publish, forward, discuss, or otherwise share confidential participant information without appropriate permission.

2. Appropriate Use of Participant Information

Information obtained through my role as an Ignite Group and Team Coach will only be used for purposes reasonably connected with:

I understand that my role within the Incubator is to support participants' coaching, learning, reflection, and professional development.

4. Recording Sessions for Professional Development

I understand that I may be permitted to record certain sessions I facilitate for legitimate professional-development purposes, including supervision, mentoring, reflective practice, assessment, training, or credentialing requirements.

I understand that participants accept the recording provisions through the Participant Confidentiality, Privacy & Participation Agreement, and that any recording must remain limited to the stated professional-development purposes.

Where a recording is authorized, I agree that:

Where a participant discusses a client or other third party, I will encourage appropriate anonymization and confidentiality.

I will not knowingly request unnecessary identifying information about a participant's clients where that information is not required for the coaching process.

7. Intellectual Property and Business Ideas

I acknowledge that participants may share original business concepts, coaching programs, methodologies, frameworks, exercises, marketing ideas, written materials, brand concepts, or other intellectual property.

I will not copy, appropriate, reproduce, commercialize, teach, publish, distribute, or represent participant-developed work as my own without appropriate permission.

My access to a participant's work through the Incubator does not transfer ownership or usage rights to me.

8. Professional Boundaries

I will maintain appropriate professional boundaries with participants.

I will not misuse the trust, authority, influence, access, or confidential information associated with my coaching role for personal, professional, financial, or commercial benefit.

If an actual or potential conflict of interest arises, I will disclose it appropriately and, where necessary, seek guidance from Ignite Global.

9. Scope of the Coaching Role

I will work within the boundaries of my professional competence and the role assigned to me within the Incubator.

I understand that group and team coaching does not authorize me to provide services outside my competence or professional scope.

Where an issue falls outside the appropriate boundaries of coaching, I will not attempt to provide services for which I am not appropriately qualified.

10. Respectful and Professional Conduct

I agree to conduct myself in a manner that supports a respectful, inclusive, psychologically considerate, and professionally appropriate learning environment.

My participation as an Ignite Group and Team Coach does not authorize me to make contractual commitments, financial promises, representations, guarantees, or public statements on behalf of Ignite Global unless I have been expressly authorized to do so.

I will accurately represent my role within the Incubator and my relationship with Ignite Global.

12. Materials and Information Belonging to Ignite Global

I understand that Ignite Global may provide training materials, program structures, resources, documents, presentations, processes, or other proprietary information for use within the Incubator.

Unless otherwise authorized, I will not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, commercially exploit, or represent such materials as my own.

13. Confidentiality After the Incubator

My obligations relating to participant confidentiality, recordings, privacy, intellectual property, and confidential Ignite Global information continue after:

I understand that confidentiality may be subject to limited exceptions where disclosure is required by applicable law, a lawful order, or an overriding legal or safeguarding obligation.

Where reasonably and legally possible, only the information necessary to address such an obligation should be disclosed.

15. Breach of This Agreement

I understand that maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries is an important responsibility of my role.

A serious or repeated breach of this Agreement, including unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized recording, misuse of participant information, inappropriate solicitation, misuse of intellectual property, or serious professional-boundary violations, may result in Ignite Global reviewing or discontinuing my role within the Incubator.
