What is the Executive & Leadership Coach Certification?
An Executive & Leadership Coach Certification is a self paced professional program designed for those who want to coach senior leaders and executives with confidence and impact. The program focuses on developing core coaching skills such as strategic questioning, active listening, emotional intelligence, executive presence, performance alignment, and change leadership. Our Teaching Approach
We teach coaching as both a skillset and a way of thinking. This program combines live instruction, real-time practice, mentor feedback, and peer learning to create a deeply experiential environment. With over 18 years of experience and 4,000+ hours of documented therapeutic practice, Fernando blends Eastern and Western approaches to support clients in areas of trauma healing, relationships, leadership, spirituality, personal and professional growth. His academic background includes an MSc in Counseling Psychology, postgraduate certification in Ayurveda Psychology, certification in Clinical Regression, and psychiatry coursework from Harvard University. He is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology, and a PhD in Psychology, researching the use of Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy in treating childhood trauma.
