We are thrilled to introduce a new initiative: A Global Video Campaign, designed to highlight the transformative power of coaching and the profound contributions of professional coaches worldwide. As part of this exciting project, we are producing a series of videos featuring our esteemed professional coaches, and we are delighted to invite you to participate.
Your experiences and insights are invaluable, and your contribution will bring authenticity and depth to this campaign. We are honored to have you represent Ignite Global and the International Coach Federation (ICF). This is a unique opportunity to raise awareness about the power of coaching and to showcase the incredible impact professional coaches have on individuals and organizations.

Coach Spotlight in Our Emails: We will include you in our regular emails, sent to thousands of professionals around the world. Your introduction video will be featured, allowing our network to get to know you better and connect with you.
Feature on Ignite Global Website: You will be prominently featured on our Ignite Alumni page, complete with your details and information. This will help potential clients find and reach out to you directly.
Featured on Ignite Global YouTube Channel: Your video will be showcased on our YouTube channel, providing you with a platform to share your expertise and insights with a wider audience.
Incorporation into Ignite Global Social Networking Platforms: We will share your videos across all our social media platforms, maximizing your exposure and engagement with a global audience.
Video Participation Details:
- Privacy and Comfort: We deeply respect your privacy and preferences. If you choose not to participate, rest assured that we completely understand and support your decision.
- Video Content: We invite you to share your experiences candidly, addressing a set of questions we’ve provided (listed below). You are not required to answer all questions—just those you feel comfortable with.
- Technical Guidelines: Videos can be in sizes of 16:9, (4:3) or 1:1, and in formats of MP4, MOV, MKV, MPEG, and WEBM. We recommend professional attire that reflects your coaching role. Consider your background and lighting to ensure you represent yourself well to a global audience. Feel free to use any recording device available to you (Phone Camera, Webcam or etc); the quality of your camera should not be a barrier.
- Creative Freedom: There are no strict length requirements for the videos. Feel free to express yourself in an engaging and creative manner, ensuring the content is concise and impactful. Each question can be answered in separate videos, mimicking an interview format, which we will professionally edit to maintain continuity and quality.

Part One:
- Introduce yourself and share a bit about your background (professional or otherwise) before becoming a coach.
- What is your designation (niche oriented) as a professional coach, ICF or any other credential designations (if applicable)?
- What inspired you to become a professional coach?
- Describe your coaching style and the types of clients you serve.
- What is the most meaningful aspect of being a professional coach?
- How does the coaching profession enrich you as a human being?
- If someone watching this video is interested in potentially working with you, what does the process look like to begin the coaching journey?
- Apart from coaching, what other services do you offer?
- What would be your message for someone who is contemplating working with a professional coach?
Part Two:
- How did you come to know about Ignite Global?
- How would you summarize your overall experience with Ignite Global in few sentences?
- What would you say about the lead facilitator (Fernando or Lux) of the program/s you attended?
- How is the program’s content and delivery?
- Highlight a memorable experience or transformation you underwent through the program (Eg: acquiring a client, specific personal or professional transformation, insight, alliances and etc.)
- Ignite boasts about the live cohorts consisting of a Global Audience, what is your experience in this regard?

Submission Details:
Please upload your video responses in the form below, labeling each file according to the question number. If you are able to send us these videos within the next 3 weeks, it would be great. However, if you need additional time, just let us know your anticipated timeline, and we will accommodate you accordingly.
As a token of appreciation, we would like to offer you a complimentary one-hour mentoring or supervision session, redeemable within the next six months.
