By joining this Circle, you agree to:

1. Ethical commitment: Participants and service providers agree to abide by the ICF Code of Ethics ( https://coachfederation.org/code-of-ethics )
2. Personal responsibility: Participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for your emotional, mental, and physical well-being during and after the session.
3. Self-accountability: Participants are solely responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising out of or resulting from participation in the Attachment Healing Circle (AHC) and their interactions with the Practitioner. As such, the Participant agrees that the Practitioner is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Practitioner.
4. Scope of service: Participants understand that AHC is not therapy, does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
5. Freedom to withdraw: Participants may terminate or discontinue their participation in the AHC at any time.
6. Holistic nature: Participants acknowledge that AHC is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. The Participant agrees that deciding how to handle these matters, integrating insights from AHC into those areas, and implementing choices is exclusively the Participant’s responsibility.
7. Non-diagnostic and non-clinical nature: Participants acknowledge that AHC does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders, and that Attachment Healing Support is not to be used as a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical, or other qualified professionals. It remains the Participant’s sole responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed.
8. Disclosure to existing providers: If the Participant is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that they promptly inform their provider of the nature and extent of their participation in the AHC with the Practitioner.
9. Active engagement: To enhance the Attachment Healing process, the Participant agrees to communicate honestly, be open to reflection and feedback, and dedicate the time and energy to participate fully in the program.
10. Mentorship and responsibility: The Practitioner may hold the position of mentor or adviser when appropriate. The Participant bears full responsibility for all personal decisions and is free to implement as many or as few suggestions made by the Practitioner as they choose. The Participant is responsible for discussing any potential lifestyle changes with the Practitioner before implementation. The Participant hereby releases and holds harmless the Practitioner and Ignite Global from all liability for adverse actions or results arising from the Participant’s failure to comply with agreed goals.
11. Mental health disclosure: The Participant agrees to disclose any past or present psychological or psychiatric treatment. By signing this agreement, the Participant agrees that if any mental health difficulties arise during the course of the AHC, the Practitioner will be informed immediately so that an appropriate referral can be discussed.
12. Respecting boundaries: At any point in the AHC relationship, the Participant has the freedom to declare a preference not to discuss a specific issue by simply stating that they would rather not continue on that topic. The Practitioner agrees to respect this boundary and will not pursue the discussion further.
13. Respectful engagement: Engage with others respectfully, practicing compassion, non-judgment, and active listening.
14. Active and supportive participation: Take part fully and supportively, including serving as an accountability partner when applicable.
15. Avoid unsolicited advice: Refrain from giving advice or analysis to other participants unless explicitly invited to do so by the Practitioner.
16. Seek external support when needed: Seek professional help outside this Circle if deep emotional distress arises that requires therapeutic attention.
17. Consent for testimonials: Provide consent for your testimonial to be used for promotional purposes (unless you specify otherwise in writing).

Confidentiality & Safety
1. Confidential Space: All personal stories, reflections, and discussions shared within the Attachment Healing Circle (AHC) are strictly confidential and must remain within the group.
2. Co-Practitioner Participation: A qualified and well-trained co-practitioner may occasionally be invited to sessions to provide additional support and supervision. Participants will always be informed in advance if this occurs.
3. No Recording or Distribution: Participants agree not to record, photograph, screenshot, distribute, or share any part of the session, including conversations, images, or materials, in any form or format.
4. Data Protection: Both participants and practitioners agree to handle and store personal information, communication, and shared materials in compliance with the Data Protection Legislation of Thailand and in accordance with ethical confidentiality standards.
5. Confidential Communication: All communications between participants, practitioners, and the service provider, through email, WhatsApp, or any other medium, are to remain private and confidential unless explicit written consent is provided by all parties involved.
6. Use of Media: Participants grant permission for Ignite Global 360 to use group photos, videos, or screen captures for documentation and promotional purposes, unless they specify otherwise in writing to [email protected] within 24 hours after a session.
7. Copyright and Educational Use: All materials provided through the AHC are copyrighted and intended solely for participants’ personal and educational development. Written permission from Ignite Global is required before sharing or using these materials for any other purpose.
8. Communication within official channels (e.g., WhatsApp group) must remain respectful, relevant, and professional.
9. The WhatsApp group is used only for announcements and updates.
10. Offering unsolicited advice, self-promotion, or unrelated content is not permitted and may result in removal from the group.
11. The practitioner is not obligated to respond to questions or messages outside agreed session times.

Communication Guidelines
1. Respectful and Professional Communication: All communication within official channels (such as the WhatsApp group) must remain respectful, relevant, and professional at all times.
2. Purpose of the Group: The WhatsApp group exists solely for official announcements, updates, and reminders related to the Attachment Healing Circle (AHC).
3. Boundaries in Interaction: Sharing unsolicited advice, personal promotions, unrelated content, or private messages to other participants without consent is not permitted. Violation of this guideline may result in removal from the group to maintain collective safety and trust.
4. Availability of Practitioners: Practitioners are not obligated to respond to questions or messages outside the agreed session times. Communication boundaries are maintained to ensure mutual respect, rest, and emotional regulation for all members.

Practitioner Role and Boundaries
1. Scope of Service: Practitioners offering Attachment Healing Support operate within trauma- and attachment-informed, educational, and reflective frameworks designed to foster self-awareness, emotional regulation, and relational growth.
2. Focus and Intent: The primary focus of this work is on awareness, empowerment, and relational insight, rather than diagnosis, treatment, or clinical intervention.
3. Use of Tools and Resources: All tools, practices, and materials shared within the Attachment Healing Circle (AHC) are for educational and self-development purposes only. They are not intended as therapeutic or medical prescriptions.
4. Participant Responsibility: Practitioners may offer reflections, guidance, and supportive inquiry; however, participants remain fully responsible for their own choices, interpretations, actions, and personal outcomes arising from the process.

Schedule
Scheduling of sessions is subject to the availability of the practitioner. The AHC hours become effective from the scheduled time onwards. Regardless of whether the Participant arrives later than the time scheduled, the end time of the session is to be respected as scheduled in case the Practitioner is occupied. The Practitioner is not responsible for reminding the Participant about scheduling or attending the AHC sessions. If the Participant misses any sessions, the Practitioner is not obliged to compensate.

Confidentiality
This Attachment Healing Circle service, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Participant shares with the Practitioner as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality outlined in the ICF Code of Ethics. However, please be aware that the Practitioner-Participant relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical and legal professions), and thus, communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognized privilege. The Practitioner agrees not to disclose any information about the Participant without the Participant’s written consent. The Practitioner will not disclose the Participant’s name as a reference without the Participant’s consent. Confidential Information does not include information that: (a) was in the Practioner’s possession prior to its being furnished by the Participant; (b) is generally known to the public or in the Participant’s industry; (c) is obtained by the Practioner from a third party without breach of any obligation to the Participant; (d) is independently developed by the Practioner without the use of or reference to the Participant’s confidential information; or (e) the Practioner is required by statute, lawfully issued subpoena, or by court order to disclose; (f) is disclosed to the Practioner and as a result of such disclosure the Practioner reasonably believes there to be an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to the Participant or others, and (g) involves illegal activity. The Participant also acknowledges his or her continuing obligation to raise any confidentiality questions or concerns with the Practitioner promptly.

Facilitator Role & Boundaries
1. The approach is trauma- and attachment-informed, focusing on insight, growth, and empowerment, not diagnosis or treatment.
2. All tools and resources provided are for educational and self-development purposes only.

Limited Liability
1. Except as expressly stated, Ignite Global 360 and its practitioners make no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind with respect to these services.
2. Participants agree that Ignite Global and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from participation.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the complete understanding between Ignite Global 360 and the participant. It supersedes all prior discussions or communications, and may only be amended in writing, signed by both parties.

Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises from this Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion or mediation in good faith for up to 30 days before considering legal action.

Severability
If any clause in this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
