Purpose of the Circle

The Attachment Healing Circle (AHC) is a safe, reflective, and educational space designed to support self-awareness, personal growth, and relational healing.

Sessions may include reflective dialogue, self-exploration exercises, somatic awareness, and trauma- and attachment-informed Attachment Healing Support discussions.

This space is not therapy and does not replace counselling, psychotherapy, or medical or psychological treatment.

The purpose of this form is to serve as the Confidentiality and Service Agreement for participation in Ignite Global’s Attachment Healing Circle.
