Steps to enroll in the Retreat Program.

Determine Your Eligibility by Submitting this Enrollment Application Form

In order to qualify to participate in this world-class ICF-accredited Training & Retreat, each participant must carefully read, understand, and follow the procedure in completing this Enrollment Application Form.

Please note: If the Training and Retreat you wish to enroll in is fully booked while your application is in progress, you have the option to either receive a full refund of the application fee or transfer it to the next available Training and Retreat.

Understand the Enrollment Application Process
Read through the entire enrollment application process and take note of every information. Filling up this form may take you 10-20 minutes. If you are new to the coaching profession and currently not fully aware of how to approach ICF Professional Development including ICF Certification, ICF Credentials, and Specializations, fill up this form to the best of your understanding and aspirations. Feel free to clarify your questions during the Admission Interview, and our interviewing faculty member will assist you in strategizing your professional development.

Complete the Enrollment Application Form and Settle the Application Fee
Fill out the application form below, pay the application fee of 300 USD, and submit your application for review.

In the event that your Enrollment Application is unsuccessful, we will ensure that the application fee of 300 USD is fully refunded to you within 60 days and your data will be securely deleted within the same period.

After you submit this Enrollment Application form, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours stating that we received your Enrollment Application. Incase you do not receive the confirmation email, feel free to reach out to verify that we received your submission.

Please note: In the event that your Enrollment Application is successful, the Application Fee is regarded as the non-refundable deposit.

Schedule Your Admission Interview
Once you have completed and submitted the application form, you will be redirected to the booking calendar to set up the Admission Interview with one of our panel or faculty members.

Please note that the interview must be scheduled within 30 days of your application submission. If you are unable to find a suitable time on our calendar, please contact us using the provided WhatsApp number or email address above to arrange a mutually convenient time with our faculty members.

After successfully scheduling your Admission Interview, one of our Admission Team Members will review your Enrollment Application and reach out to you to confirm the schedule of the Admission Interview. This email will include the Zoom link to the Admission Interview.

You are able to reschedule the Admission Interview up to one time by informing us, 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. In case of failure to attend the Admission Interview as stipulated, the application fee will not be refunded.

If you do not hear back from us within 3 business days, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or through Email.

Attend the Admission Interview via Zoom
At Ignite Global, we welcome professionals into our programs who are dedicated to their professional development and capable of co-creating with a diverse global participants. Therefore, we require applicants to undergo a meticulous selection process to ensure applicants are eligible to attend our programs.

  • Your current academic and professional background.
  • Your commitment to ICF Accredited Professional Development as a Certified Coach Practitioner.
  • Your ability and willingness to engage with a diverse global professional community with open and authentic interaction.
  • Your ability to invest time, energy and finances on professional development.
  • Clarify your unique professional needs in becoming a Professional Coach.
  • Discuss your unique professional needs and clarify your professional development path.
  • Strategize your professional development path, including ICF Certification, ICF Credentials, and your desired Specializations.
  • Retreat-related logistic questions.
  • Any other matter.

Results of Your Interview and Certification Fees

If your application is successful, you will be informed via email within 3 business days and you are required to settle the certification fees within 10 business days from this confirmation email. Your seat will only be confirmed after the settlement of the full fees.

If your application is unsuccessful, as mentioned above, we will fully refund your 300 USD Application Fee within 60 days. To make this refund seamless, you are required to settle these fees using a Visa/Mastercard, or any other compatible digital payment method.

Please note, for the settlement of the Certification Fees, you are able to use bank transfer or use the same payment method as your Application Fee.
