This electronic form serves as the Confidentiality Agreement for Ignite Reciprocal Coaching Program. This electronic agreement becomes effective from the date of submission by the applicant. By submitting this form the Participating Coach confirms the understanding and agreement to all the elements and statements mentioned below.

1. Ignite Global is registered as Ignite International Co., Ltd. at address 338/72, Soi Pattanakarn 10/1, Suan Luang Subdistrict, Suan Luang District, Bangkok 10250, Thailand under Ministry of Commerce Thailand, hereinafter will be referred to as “Program Owner”. Ignite Global is an ICF Accredited ASCTH Training provider.
2. Participating individuals hereinafter will be referred to as “Participating Coach" or "Coach" or "Coachee" or “Peer” depending on the context.
3. Every party agrees to strictly follow the ICF Code of Ethics (https://coachfederation.org/app/uploads/2020/01/ICF-Code-of-Ethics_final_Nov12.pdf) and demonstrate the highest form of professionalism.
4. This Confidentiality Agreement is effective between the Program Owner and Participating Coach as well as among every individual participating (all peer coaches) in the program.
5. Scheduling of reciprocal coaching sessions is subject to availability and the preference of the other Participating Coaches.
6. Program Owner is not liable for facilitating the fulfilment of the number of coaching hours set by the Participating Coach.
7. Participating Coaches are encouraged to conduct pre-coaching sessions (chemistry sessions) to explore and confirm the compatibility before beginning the coaching relationship.
8. Program Owner is not liable for the quality of coaching delivered by the Participating Coaches.
9. Participating Coach agrees to take both roles as the Coach and Coachee.
10. Participating Coach agrees NOT to provide feedback on the coaching performance of a peer unless requested by the peer.
11. Participating Coach agrees to strictly conduct the coaching process within the ICF Definition of Coaching.
12. Participating Coach agrees strictly NOT to provide any other services other than coaching to participating coaches such as Mentoring, Consulting, Therapy, Advisory, Training and etc...
13. Participating Coach agrees strictly not to directly or indirectly promote services or products. And the violation will result in immediate dismissal from the program. It is also the responsibility of the Participating Coach to inform the Program Owner immediately if a peer tries to pitch or promote services, products or any other business, even in the slightest concerns.
14. Participating Coach agrees strictly not to directly or indirectly self-promote in any way such as an invitation to comment, like, post, attend webinars, share articles and similar neither via WhatsApp Group, Email nor personal messages or similar. And the violation will result in immediate dismissal from the program. It is also the responsibility of the Participating Coach to inform the Program Owner immediately if a peer violates the above, even in the slightest concerns.
15. Participating Coach agrees strictly not to directly or indirectly share links, jokes, inspirational messages, articles and similar neither via WhatsApp Group, Email nor personal messages or similar. And the violation will result in immediate dismissal from the program. It is also the responsibility of the Participating Coach to inform the Program Owner immediately if a peer violates the above, even in the slightest concerns.
16. If Participating Coach found any useful information related to ICF Credential and believes would be useful to share in the WhatsApp group or via email to peers, Participating Coach sends the information to Ignite Global team for prior approval via (only) email. : [email protected]
17. In order to be considered as Reciprocal Coaching (Paid Coaching for ICF Credential Application), each Participating Coach should conduct an equal number of coaching sessions as a Coach with the respective peer.
18. Coaching is strictly based on a reciprocal basis; NO other compensation method is permitted between Participating Coaches within this agreement. It is also the responsibility of the Participating Coach to inform the Program Owner immediately if a peer violates the above, even in the slightest concerns.
19. During the reciprocal Coaching process, once Participating Coach conducted a session as a Coach, before acting as a Coach again, the Participating Coach must take the role as a Coachee with the respective peer.
20. The maximum number of cancellation or rescheduling sessions collectively is limited to six times within six months, if exceeded, the participating Coach will be dismissed from the program.
21. Six months are counted from the submission date of this agreement on a rotational basis.
22. If a Participating Coach wishes to cancel or reschedule a coaching appointment, they provide at least 24-hour notice to the peer coach prior to the scheduled session.
23. In case a Participating Coach is rescheduling a session due to illness, they may submit a medical certificate within 7 days. In such a case, the rescheduling or cancellation will not be counted into the six-cancellation limit.
24. The program Owner is not responsible for reminding the Participating Coaches on scheduling or attending the coaching sessions.
25. Note: Instructions to manage Google calendar and navigate through WhatsApp group will be provided upon approval of this application.
26. Participating Coach agrees to include Program Owner in the entire Coaching Schedule in Google Calendar for recording purposes and supports you in case ICF would like to verify your claims (Program Owner does not attend the coaching sessions).
27. After participating in a coaching session as a Coach, Participating Coach agrees to send out an email in the Google Calendar schedule within an hour of the session mentioning “Session Completed”. Failure to do so will result in consideration of the session as 'not taken place.
28. Pre coaching call, scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation of any coaching sessions are directly managed between the peer coaches with no involvement of the Program Owner, and reflected in the Google Calendar,
29. If the Participating Coach has conflict/s with a Peer/s it should be first considerately addressed between the peers, if no resolutions, the conflict will be brought to the attention of the Program Owner via email. [email protected]
30. Program owner assures to treat all conflicts with the highest confidentiality and sensitivity.
31. The program owner holds the ability to dismiss a Participating Coach with no obligation for reasoning.
32. Participating Coach Agrees to inform the Program Owner by email ([email protected]) when reaching the number of coaching hours for ICF Credential as applicable at 100 hours, 500 hours and 2500 hours, allowing Program Owner to promote the Participating Coach to the appropriate experience level group.
33. Participating Coach Agrees to treat all communication related to Ignite Reciprocal Coaching Program with the highest confidentiality.
34. Program Owner confirms to update the Participating Coach via email if an amendment is made to this contract.
35. The program Owner will send all updates pertaining to the program and occasional promotional resources related to coaching via email. (We do not send chain emails)
36. Program Owner will NOT share your personal data or contact details with any third party.
37. Should Participating Coach wish to stop reciprocal coaching through the program, you will notify the Program Owner via email ([email protected]).
38. In case of removal of a Participating Coach from the program, all the details pertaining to the participant will be immediately discarded from the Program Owner's records. You may unsubscribe from Ignite Global's mailing list if you wish to.

Clarifications and additions:

1. Reciprocal Coaching: The Coaching to be provided by the Participating Coach to the peer are face-to-face, telephone- coaching or video conferencing, as agreed jointly with the peer. Participating Coach does not provide training, mentoring, therapy, counselling, consultation or any other services other than Coaching. Should it require, the Participating Coach informs the Program Owner. Direct referral to other professionals is not permitted.
2. Prior History: Participating Coach agrees to disclose details of the past or present psychological or psychiatric treatment to each peer they work with. In entering into the coaching relationship, and submission of this agreement, Participating Coach agrees that if any mental health difficulties arise during the course of the program, the Program Owner will be notified immediately so that an appropriate way forward can be discussed and arranged.
3. Private Personal Concerns: Participating Coach has the freedom, at any point in the program, to declare their preference not to discuss a specific issue, by simply stating that they would rather not discuss the issue. The peer agrees to respect this boundary and will not attempt to continue the conversation further on the issue.
4. Emergency Contact: If a participating coach prefers to obtain Emergency Contact Details from their peers, it should be agreed mutually with no involvement of the Program Owner.
5. Confidentiality: Participating Coach will work within the professional ethics and guidelines as designated by the International Coach Federation and as per this Confidentiality Agreement. All information related to the program will remain strictly confidential except in very rare circumstances where decreed by law; i.e., where the court might issue a subpoena for the file or information. Exceptions to confidentiality would be made only in circumstances such as intent to harm another person, party, organization, property, animal, or any such applicable entity including self-harm. In such a situation, Participating Coach must inform the Program Owner immediately. If the Participating Coach wishes the Program Owner to contact a person or an organization outside coaching interactions, related to the context of coaching, the Participating Coach needs to provide a written request and permission (original letter, fax or email). When using technology, such as the internet and phone calls as a medium of coaching there is a risk of security breaches. The Program Owner is not liable to ensure the security related to such technology and will not be held liable for any such security breaching.
6. Continuing Coaching Accreditation with International Coach Federation: As a Professional Coach fulfilling Coaching Experience required by International Coach Federation, it requires the Participating Coach to maintain a log of coaching sessions (not the content of the coaching sessions) as a part of continuing accreditation with ICF. As per the policy, ICF may verify that coaching has been conducted as per Participating Coach’s claims. ICF may contact Participating Coach directly (on rare occasions) to verify claims of coaching conducted by peers in this program. Participating Coach agrees to have their name and contact details listed for such queries. Program Owner is not liable for any claims made by a Participating Coach. Program Owner will not provide logs of Coaching to ICF on behalf of Participating Coaches. Participating Coach will include the details of their peers as their coachees in the ICF Coaching Log.
7. Participating Coach agrees to maintain ALL communication related to Ignite Reciprocal Coaching Program ONLY via email, and ONLY using the email address [email protected]. The emails will be replied to in batches. If you wish to follow up, should be done only after 10 working days from the initiation email. Any other medium of communication such as SMS messaging, WhatsApp, Messenger or similar will be disregarded (Running as a Free program, we are trying to maximize our resources through streamlined and lean processes to provide you timely assistance).
8. We are committed to creating a confidential and safe environment for you within the program, hence each participant undergoes a strict screening process before acceptance into the program. This may include crosschecks of the claims of coaching training, ICF Credential/Membership Verification, social media or web screening if necessary.
9. Dismissal: In case of dismissal of a Participating Coach, the Program Owner will notify them via email. Program Owner holds no obligation for reasoning.
