Professional Layout and Basic Visual Styling 

A polished website layout using organized sections, readable text styling, balanced spacing, simple buttons, clean forms, consistent visual alignment, and basic image handling. This may include resizing, cropping, and placing client-provided images so they fit properly within the approved website layout. 

Mobile and tablet responsiveness

The website layout will be adjusted to display properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. This includes readable text, properly stacked sections, adjusted spacing, resized images, and functional buttons and forms across common screen sizes. 

Basic SEO Setup

Basic SEO setup is a practical foundation that helps a new coaching website be understood by search engines and trusted by visitors. It focuses on making each page clear, organized, mobile-friendly, secure, and easier to discover through search.

In this package, Basic SEO Setup means guiding and refining page focus, search result titles and descriptions, readable page links, headings, internal page connections, mobile usability, secure site setup, and basic search visibility settings.

Deliverables include:

Page Topic and Keyword Alignment (up to 5 pages)
Each page is structured around a clear focus so visitors and search engines can quickly understand what is being offered.

Search Result Titles and Descriptions (up to 5 pages)
We guide and refine how your pages may appear in search results to improve clarity and relevance.

Headings and On-Page Structure (up to 5 pages)
Content is organized for readability and flow across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

URL Structure Refinement, where the platform allows
Page links are kept clean and readable to support trust and clarity.

Internal Linking Between Core Pages
Core pages are connected in a way that naturally guides visitors and supports search visibility.

Mobile Check and Basic Performance Review
The website is reviewed across devices to reduce common usability issues and support a smooth browsing experience.

Secure Site and Indexability Setup
This includes HTTPS confirmation, which means the website uses a secure connection to help protect visitor information, along with sitemap setup and submission through Google Search Console so the site can be discovered and monitored. 

Local Visibility Starter, if applicable
Setup or guidance for Google Business Profile to support local discovery.

Content writing is not included. We guide you by suggesting how to organize page content, clarify section purpose, improve headings, place key information in the right order, and make the content easier for visitors and search engines to understand. 

Clear, Standard Website Structure
A simple and organized website structure with clear pages, logical section flow, easy navigation, and a professional layout that helps visitors understand the coach’s services and take the next step.

Built Based on Your Content
The website is developed using the content, materials, and information you provide. This may include page text, service details, photos, testimonials, contact information, and other approved materials needed to complete the website.

Package Upgrade Note 

You can request to upgrade from the selected package to a higher tier as needs expand. Upgrades from Tier 1 to Tier 2, and from Tier 2 to Tier 3, may be possible depending on the existing structure, requested additions, and technical requirements. Upgrade fees will be reviewed and quoted based on the package price difference and any additional work required.

Additional Cost: Domain Name

The domain name is not included in the package price and must be purchased separately. If you do not already have a domain name, our team can assist with purchasing and connecting the domain through namecheap.com. Domain costs are not included in the package price. You may purchase the domain directly, or if our team assists with the purchase or setup, the domain cost will be billed separately.

 

1 Booking and calendar integration

This includes setting up one agreed booking or calendar system on the website, such as Calendly, Amelia, or another agreed booking tool. The setup may include connecting the booking calendar, adding the booking form or link to the website, configuring the basic booking flow, and checking that visitors can book or request a session properly before launch. 

1 Online payment setup

This includes setting up one agreed online payment method on the website, such as Stripe or PayPal through WPForms. The setup may include connecting the selected payment method, configuring the payment form, and checking that the payment flow works properly before launch. 

1 Blog or resources section

This includes setting up one blog or resources section on the website where you can publish articles, insights, updates, or educational content. The setup may include creating the section layout, organizing how posts or resources are displayed, and formatting up to one client-provided post during the website development period. Ongoing blog writing, editing, advanced blog SEO planning, or uploading additional posts are not included unless scoped separately.

Improved UI/UX flow

A clearer and more guided website experience that helps visitors move through the site, understand the services, and take the next step. This may include improving CTA (Call-to-Action) placement, adjusting the content flow to guide the visitor journey, enhancing readability so visitors can quickly understand key information, and creating a smoother flow from service information to inquiry, booking, or payment. 

Enhanced Image Customization

This includes more refined image adjustments using client-provided visuals to improve consistency, warmth, and presentation across the website. It may include resizing, cropping, improved image placement, basic lighting or warmth adjustments, light retouching, minor visual refinements, and suggestions for better image options where the current visuals may weaken the section. 

Booking and Calendar Setup 

A booking setup that allows visitors to choose an available time, submit their details, and receive a booking confirmation through the agreed booking or calendar tool. This may include appointment type setup, availability settings, booking form fields, confirmation messages, basic email notifications, calendar connection, time zone settings, and cancellation or rescheduling options where supported by the selected platform. 

Basic Analytics Setup
Basic Analytics Setup helps track how visitors find and interact with your website. It provides a simple foundation for understanding website activity, traffic sources, and basic page performance.

Installation and connection of Google Analytics to your website.

Search Performance Setup
Setup of Google Search Console to monitor search visibility, indexing, and search presence.

Basic Traffic Tracking
Tracking key data such as number of visitors, traffic sources, and basic page performance.

A basic check to ensure website data is being collected correctly.

Page Count Clarification  

The page count stated in each package refers to the maximum number of agreed website pages included in the selected package. The final number of pages may vary depending on the client’s website goals, content readiness, service structure, and confirmed project scope.

Pages will be confirmed during the Website Scope Summary process before full website development begins. Each package includes a page allowance, but this does not mean every available page must be created. We will only develop the pages that are needed for your approved website structure and supported by the content available for the project. 

Package Upgrade Note

You can request to upgrade from their selected package to a higher tier as their needs expand. Because Tier 1 can be structured as separate website pages, upgrades from Tier 1 to Tier 2, and from Tier 2 to Tier 3, may be possible depending on the existing website structure, requested additions, and technical requirements.

Your website will be structured to guide visitors toward a specific action, such as signing up for a free resource, registering for a webinar, or submitting their contact details. This may include a focused page or section for the offer, a sign-up form, clear call-to-action buttons, and a thank-you message after the form is submitted. This setup is designed to help turn website visitors into potential leads while keeping the process simple, clear, and easy to follow.

Enhanced SEO

SEO enhancements focus on using real data from Google Analytics and Google Search Console to refine your website and increase visibility, engagement, and conversion.

  1. Performance analysis and insights

    We review data from Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand which pages receive the most attention, where visitors may be dropping off, and which search terms generate impressions but low clicks. This helps identify what is working and where improvements are needed. 

  2. On-page SEO optimization

    We refine page titles and search result descriptions, also known as meta descriptions, based on performance data.  We may also improve underperforming pages so they are clearer, more relevant, and better aligned with visitor search behavior. 

  3. Content guidance optimization

    We recommend content improvements based on search behavior, including missing topics, content gaps, and wording opportunities that may improve visibility and engagement.

    Overall, SEO enhancements in Tier 3 focus on using website performance data to make practical improvements that support search visibility, user engagement, and conversion.

Monthly performance report (3 months)
You will receive one PDF report per month for the first three months, showing visitor activity, traffic sources, page performance, search visibility, and recommended improvements.

Recommended improvements may include practical suggestions such as improving page titles, adjusting call-to-action placement, refining page wording, strengthening internal links, improving content clarity, or identifying pages that may need better structure.

Advanced Visual Design and Brand Presentation 

A more refined visual approach that improves how the website looks, feels, and presents the coach’s brand. This may include:

  1. Refined page layouts

    Improving spacing, section balance, visual flow, and overall page composition.

  2. Stronger visual hierarchy

    Organizing headings, text, buttons, and images so visitors can easily understand what is most important.

  3. Brand-aligned colors and typography

    Applying the agreed color palette and font choices consistently across the website.

  4. Advanced image customization and presentation                                                      

    Refining image placement, cropping, sizing, section pairing, light visual treatment, and overall image consistency so visuals support the message of each page and strengthen the website’s professional presentation. Where appropriate, this includes up to 5 AI-supported visuals to complement the website when suitable client-provided visuals are not available. Included AI-supported visuals are limited to simple, non-identity-based supportive imagery, such as coaching room, workspace, or calm environment-based visuals. More specific human-centered visuals, such as couple, family, or therapy-style imagery, are not included in the current scope of service.

  5. Consistent design styling across pages

    Ensuring buttons, sections, headings, forms, and visual elements feel cohesive throughout the website.

  6. More polished service presentation

    Presenting the coach’s services, offers, and calls-to-action in a way that feels clear, premium, and professional.

  7. Responsive design refinement

     Making sure the visual experience remains polished across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Scope Limitation

This does not include unlimited AI visual creation, identity-based portrait generation, full brand identity creation, logo design, custom photography, complex illustration, or broader visual concept development unless scoped separately.

Priority Support

Priority support guarantees a response within 24 to 72 hours on business days. This refers to the time it takes for our team to review and respond to the request, not the completion time for revisions, updates, or additional work. 

Conversion-Focused Website Experience

A website experience designed to help visitors understand your services clearly and take the next step with ease. This may include a clear page structure, well-placed call-to-action buttons, smooth navigation, clear service messaging, simple booking or inquiry steps, and a layout that supports informed decision-making. 

Optional Advanced Features

Tier 3 includes selected advanced features that enhance user experience, engagement, and conversion beyond the standard page structure. These features are subject to the agreed project scope and may vary depending on the website goals, available content, and technical requirements.

All written content, images, quiz questions, answer options, result descriptions, testimonials, blog articles, and supporting materials must be provided by the client unless separately scoped.

  • Testimonials Section
    A section that highlights feedback from past clients to build trust and credibility. It helps potential clients feel more confident by showing real experiences and outcomes.
  • FAQ Section
    A clear, structured section that answers common questions about the coach’s services, process, and expectations. It helps reduce uncertainty and supports visitors in making a decision.
  • Blog Section
    A section for publishing articles, insights, updates, or educational content. This includes setting up the blog or resources page layout and formatting structure so content can be published clearly on the website. During the website development period, this includes uploading and formatting up to one client-provided blog post. Ongoing monthly blog posting, blog writing, editing, advanced blog SEO planning, or uploading additional blog posts are not included in the current scope of service.
  • Quiz Page
    A page that allows visitors to answer a set of questions and receive a personalized result, recommendation, or next-step guidance based on their responses. It can support engagement, lead generation, and a more interactive user experience.

Revision System and Scope

During the website development period, you can submit revision requests before final approval and launch. These revisions are intended to refine the approved website direction and must remain within the selected package scope, agreed website structure, and confirmed deliverables.

To keep the review process clear and organized, the team will guide you on how to submit their feedback at the appropriate stage of the project.

Once feedback is submitted, the team will review the request and confirm whether it is included within the selected package scope or whether it requires an additional fee before work begins.

Revisions during the development period do not include restarting the project, changing the full design concept, adding new pages or features, changing the agreed structure, or introducing work outside the approved scope. Requests outside the agreed scope will be reviewed and quoted separately before any additional work begins.

Monthly Maintenance Subscription

Post-Launch Website Support 

After the website has been approved and launched, ongoing edit requests are handled through a monthly maintenance subscription. This service is designed to help you keep your website updated, accurate, and aligned with your evolving business needs without requiring a new project agreement for every small change.

Each monthly maintenance tier includes a set number of basic edit requests per month. Basic edits are small, specific updates made within the existing website structure. For clarity, one basic edit refers to one individual update request. For example, replacing one image, updating one button text, or adjusting spacing in one specific section each counts as one basic edit.

Basic Edit Scope

Basic edit requests include:

Text Updates

  • Editing text within an existing paragraph using client-provided content.
  • Fixing grammar, spelling, or punctuation within an existing paragraph or section.
  • Shortening or expanding a sentence within an existing section.
  • Replacing existing text with updated client-provided content within the same section.

Image Updates

  • Replacing an existing image with a client-provided image, while keeping the current layout unchanged.
  • Making a minor image crop or size adjustment so the image fits better within the existing layout.

Button and Call-to-Action Updates

  • Updating button text or small call-to-action wording within the existing website structure.
  • Making a minor button style adjustment, such as shape or corner radius, within the existing design direction.

Minor Visual Adjustments

  • Making a minor font size adjustment within an existing section.
  • Adjusting the color of one specific element, object, or paragraph within the approved color palette.
  • Adjusting spacing, such as padding, margins, or alignment, within an existing section.

Requests beyond the basic edit scope may still be submitted. These requests also start at $15, with final pricing confirmed based on the complexity of the work before proceeding. This may include adding new pages, redesigning sections, changing the full design direction, setting up new integrations, restructuring the website, or making advanced functional changes.

Brand Identity Conceptualization is a foundational brand direction package designed to help coaches clarify their visual identity, communication style, and overall brand feel before moving into website design, social media design, or marketing execution.

This service is especially useful for coaches who are preparing to enter the coaching market, connect with their ideal clients, present themselves professionally, or create a consistent brand presence across digital platforms.

Included Service Scope

1. Brand Direction Review Session

This includes one 45-minute Brand Direction Review Session designed to present and discuss the initial brand direction prepared based on the client’s completed Brand Identity Scope Questionnaire.

After registration, you will receive the Brand Identity Scope Questionnaire link via email, allowing us to prepare your initial brand direction before the session.

During the session, we review the proposed brand direction, including the coach’s brand personality, color direction, typography direction, tone and voice direction, and visual style direction. The session is used to clarify what feels aligned, discuss any necessary adjustments, and confirm the direction before the final mini brand guideline is prepared.

The Brand Identity Scope Questionnaire covers the following areas:

  1. Coaching Niche
    The type of coaching the client offers, such as life coaching, leadership coaching, career coaching, wellness coaching, parenting coaching, or another area of practice.
  2. Ideal Client Profile
    The type of client the coach wants to attract, including their needs, goals, challenges, expectations, and the kind of transformation they are seeking.
  3. Brand Personality
    How the brand should feel to potential clients, such as warm, professional, premium, grounded, modern, compassionate, structured, or transformational.
  4. Core Values
    The values that guide the coach’s work, such as trust, growth, empowerment, clarity, care, excellence, or personal transformation.
  5. Market and Competitor References
    Relevant market references, competitor examples, or brands the client admires, to help identify what feels aligned, what should be avoided, and how the coach can present themselves clearly within their space.
  6. Preferred Visual Direction
    The client’s preferred visual style, such as minimal, elegant, calm, bold, premium, natural, modern, or warm.
  7. Tone and Communication Style
    How the brand should sound across website copy, social media captions, emails, and client communication, such as friendly, professional, direct, nurturing, refined, educational, or inspiring.

2. Brand Color Direction

Brand Color Direction includes a curated color palette with primary, secondary, and accent colors selected to support the coach’s personality, audience, and desired brand feel. The color direction helps create visual consistency across websites, social media graphics, presentations, and basic marketing materials.

3. Typography Direction

Typography Direction includes recommended font pairings for headings, body text, and digital materials. These recommendations help the brand communicate clearly and consistently across websites, Canva designs, presentations, social media graphics, and other client-facing materials.

4. Brand Tone and Voice Direction

Brand Tone and Voice Direction provides a simple guide for how the brand should sound in website copy, social media captions, emails, and client communication. It helps the coach communicate in a way that feels consistent, professional, and aligned with their audience.

5. Visual Direction

Visual Direction includes a simple Canva-friendly style direction that may include patterns, shapes, icons, textures, image style, or layout inspiration. This helps the client create more consistent and recognizable digital materials without needing a complex design system.

6. Personalized Mini Brand Guideline

The final deliverable is a concise PDF mini brand guideline that explains how to use the selected brand elements consistently. This may include brand overview, color palette, typography direction, tone and voice direction, visual style direction, basic Canva usage guidance, and do’s and don’ts for using the brand elements.

Refinement Round

One refinement round is included in this service. A refinement round refers to one consolidated submission of feedback after the initial brand direction has been presented.

The client may request one specific change or a set of desired changes within the agreed brand direction scope. All feedback must be clear, specific, and submitted together so it can be reviewed and implemented efficiently.

The refinement round is intended to refine the initial brand direction, not to create a completely new brand concept or restart the brand direction process.

Included refinements may cover:

  1. Adjusting the color direction
    Refining the selected color palette, such as adjusting color balance, replacing one or more colors, improving contrast, or clarifying how primary, secondary, and accent colors should be used.
  2. Refining typography direction
    Adjusting recommended font pairings, improving heading and body font balance, or clarifying how fonts should be used across websites, Canva, and basic marketing materials, such as presentation slides, digital brochures, email headers, lead magnet PDFs, and basic social media graphics.
  3. Clarifying tone and voice direction
    Refining how the brand should sound, such as making the tone warmer, more professional, more premium, more direct, more nurturing, or more educational.
  4. Adjusting visual style direction
    Refining the recommended visual style, such as patterns, shapes, textures, icons, image style, or layout inspiration, so it better matches the coach’s brand direction.
  5. Improving basic Canva usage guidance
    Clarifying how the client can apply the brand elements in Canva, such as how to use colors, fonts, shapes, patterns, and visual elements consistently.
  6. Refining the mini brand guideline presentation
    Improving the clarity, organization, or layout of the mini brand guideline PDF so the client can understand and use the brand direction more easily.

Included refinement may not cover:

  1. Creating a completely new brand concept
    A full change in brand direction after the initial concept has been presented, such as changing from warm and natural to bold and luxury, or starting again with a new visual direction.
  2. Logo design
    Creation, redesign, refinement, or variation of a logo is not included in this service. Clients who need logo design support may review our separate Logo Design Service for more information.
  3. Full brand identity development
    This service does not include a complete brand identity system, such as full brand strategy, logo suite, brand marks, icon system, full design system, or full brand book.
  4. Social media template design
    Creation of ready-to-use social media templates, carousel designs (multi-slide social media posts), post layouts, story templates, or campaign graphics is not included.
  5. Website design
    Website page design, website layout creation, landing page design, or website implementation is not included. Clients who need website design support may review our separate Website Service for more information.
  6. Full copywriting
    Writing full website copy, social media captions, email copy, sales pages, or full brand messaging from scratch is not included.
  7. Marketing strategy
    Campaign planning, launch strategy, sales funnel strategy, content calendar planning, audience growth strategy, or advertising strategy is not included.

Advanced graphic design production
Custom illustrations, complex visual assets, advanced Canva templates, presentation design, brochures, posters, brand collateral, or other detailed design production are not included.
