We teach coaching as both a skillset and a way of thinking. This program combines live instruction, real-time practice, mentor feedback, and peer learning to create a deeply experiential environment. Enroll and Start the Online Component

Step 1Join the Live Classes
Join the live classes to engage directly with expert instructors and fellow participants, creating a dynamic and interactive learning environment. These sessions offer the opportunity to ask questions, share insights, and apply the course content in real time. You’ll also have the chance to co-create with a global community of coaches who are also enrolled in the program, fostering collaboration and diverse perspectives as you learn and grow together.
Step 2Work with Your Designated Mentor
For coaches who are enrolled in the credential bundle, join the group mentoring sessions to start preparing for your ICF PCC Credential Application. Once you are ready for Performance Evaluation, schedule an Individual Mentoring session with your mentor. For coaches enrolled in the ICF Level 2 Coach Education only, proceed to Step 4.
Get CertifiedComplete Your Program/Credential Requirements
After completing the 6 months of live classes, complete the assessment requirements and submit to receive your program certification. For coaches enrolled in the credential bundle, there are five requirements for attaining the ICF PCC Credential. The ICF PCC Credential Bundle from Ignite Global offers the support and guidance needed to meet these requirements. With Ignite Global, you’ll have expert assistance at every step to ensure your success in obtaining your PCC credential.
Step 4Obtain ICF Certification

Complete Your Program/Credential Requirements

With over 18 years of experience and 4,000+ hours of documented therapeutic practice, Fernando blends Eastern and Western approaches to support clients in areas of trauma healing, relationships, leadership, spirituality, personal and professional growth. His academic background includes an MSc in Counseling Psychology, postgraduate certification in Ayurveda Psychology, certification in Clinical Regression, and psychiatry coursework from Harvard University. He is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology, and a PhD in Psychology, researching the use of Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy in treating childhood trauma.
