Start your journey by submitting your Enrollment Application for admission. After attending a brief interview, you'll receive a decision within 3 business days. Once enrolled, you'll gain instant access to our comprehensive e-learning platform. This platform allows you to dive into self-paced, interactive video content and participate in live online classes alongside a global community. This phase helps you complete some program requirements and prepares you for the practicum during the retreat in Thailand.

Embark on a 7-day, 6-night retreat in Thailand, where all travel from Bangkok to the retreat venue is arranged for you. Enjoy superior or deluxe accommodations and all meals, including special Thai cuisine dining experiences. You'll engage in hands-on learning with peers and seasoned ICF educators and mentors. In addition to professional development, you'll participate in wellness and mindfulness activities such as daily yoga, a sacred cannabis ceremony (optional), traditional Thai massage, and more. The retreat also offers cultural experiences, including visits to local night markets and a river cruise. During this time, you'll complete your practicum and earn your ICF-accredited certification, leaving Thailand as a Certified Coach with ICF Accreditation.

How to Engage and Maximize Your Professional Development as an ICF-Certified Coach with this Retreat in a Nutshell
Each of the ICF-level Certifications is a 6-month program and can be completed within 12 months. This includes online learning via live and virtual classes and then completing the practicum and the deep learning practical aspects of the program in Thailand.
As soon as your application is successful through the Admission Interview and you are officially enrolled in the program, you will receive the online component and access to the live classes. We have several retreats scheduled in 2024, 2025, and beyond. Choose your preferred schedule and join the practical sessions in Thailand.
We have a full-fledged e-learning platform Awaken Mind Guide which has robust and rich pre-recorded and recorded live classes content awaiting for you to explore. Even before you come to the retreat, you will be able to meet some of your peers, have in-depth knowledge even before you come to Thailand via our virtual component, and start the journey immediately through the online live classes. (Note: The live online classes are not mandatory)
The retreat will be a 7-day, 6-night retreat, where you will be picked up from Bangkok, Thailand on the assigned date and time. You will be transported to the retreat location. Fernando Hettiyadura is the founder Ignite Global, Evolving Temple, Awaken Mind Guide, and the Global Center for Reflective Practices and Consciousness, an ecosystem of organizations dedicated to harnessing the potential of the human mind for creating healing, life enhancement, and spiritual development.
As the founder and the ICF Program Director at Ignite Global 360, Fernando provides leadership to a comprehensive ecosystem of ICF-Accredited Specialized Professional Development Programs, guiding newcomers to seasoned professional coaches through mastery and beyond. Ignite Global offers comprehensive Coach Specific Education encompassing ICF Levels One, Two, and Three, aligned with the ICF credentials ACC, PCC, MCC, and ACTC.
Fernando sees himself as an empathetic catalyst for the growth of professionals and organizations. All his learning and development interventions are founded on the belief that every individual possesses infinite innate wisdom to foster a thriving and fulfilling personal and professional life. Boasting 18 years of experience and over 4,000 hours of documented coaching and therapy, Fernando caters to a diverse and global clientele. Jean-François Cousin, MCC, became a global executive coach in 2006, in the wake of a career in management around the world with a Fortune-500 company. He has clocked in 18,000 coaching hours, and served over 1,700 executives and dozens of executive teams on 6 continents, traveling to over 40 countries to meet them.
Jean-François is also a speaker and a published author and served as the Chairman of the Global Board of the ICF in 2019.
Jean-François is dedicated to the growth of the coaching profession and has advocated coaching to countless audiences on 5 continents.

In order to qualify to participate in this world-class ICF-accredited Training & Retreat, each participant must carefully read, understand, and follow the procedure in completing this Enrollment Application Form.
Please note: If the Training and Retreat you wish to enroll in is fully booked while your application is in progress, you have the option to either receive a full refund of the application fee or transfer it to the next available Training and Retreat.

If you are new to the coaching profession and currently not fully aware of how to approach ICF Professional Development including ICF Certification, ICF Credentials, and Specializations, fill up this form to the best of your understanding and aspirations. Feel free to clarify your questions during the Admission Interview, and our interviewing faculty member will assist you in strategizing your professional development.
Fill out the application form below, pay the application fee of 300 USD, and submit your application for review.
In the event that your Enrollment Application is unsuccessful, we will ensure that the application fee of 300 USD is fully refunded to you within 60 days and your data will be securely deleted within the same period.
After you submit this Enrollment Application form, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours stating that we received your Enrollment Application. Incase you do not receive the confirmation email, feel free to reach out to verify that we received your submission.
Please note: In the event that your Enrollment Application is successful, the Application Fee is regarded as the non-refundable deposit.
Once you have completed and submitted the application form, you will be redirected to the booking calendar to set up the Admission Interview with one of our panel or faculty members.
Please note that the interview must be scheduled within 30 days of your application submission. If you are unable to find a suitable time on our calendar, please contact us using the provided WhatsApp number or email address above to arrange a mutually convenient time with our faculty members.
After successfully scheduling your Admission Interview, one of our Admission Team Members will review your Enrollment Application and reach out to you to confirm the schedule of the Admission Interview. This email will include the Zoom link to the Admission Interview.
You are able to reschedule the Admission Interview up to one time by informing us, 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. In case of failure to attend the Admission Interview as stipulated, the application fee will not be refunded.

Overview of the Admission Interview:
If your application is successful, you will be informed via email within 3 business days and you are required to settle the certification fees within 10 business days from this confirmation email. Your seat will only be confirmed after the settlement of the full fees.
If your application is unsuccessful, as mentioned above, we will fully refund your 300 USD Application Fee within 60 days. To make this refund seamless, you are required to settle these fees using a Visa/Mastercard, or any other compatible digital payment method.
Please note, for the settlement of the Certification Fees, you are able to use bank transfer or use the same payment method as your Application Fee.
Once registered, you’ll get immediate access to our self-paced e-learning content and invitations to virtual live classes based on your certification path identified during the Admission Interview.

Yes. You will receive a certificate from Ignite Global proving that you have accomplished and finished your chosen program.
Depending on your chosen program, you are able to finish the certification training in 6 months.
We understand that every professional like you has a busy schedule. Hence, we make available the recording of the live class on our e-learning platform Awaken Mind Guide for you to watch and catch up on the lessons discussed.
You have lifetime access to the recordings of the program you are enrolled in.
Ignite Global offers you 100% and all-inclusive support throughout your professional coaching journey. From start to finish, we intend to cater to your professional needs. Additionally, you also have a global community of coaches that you will be connected to once enrolled to Ignite Global.
An application fee of $300 USD is required to apply for the retreat and participate in the selection interview. If an applicant is not selected through the interview process, the full $300 USD will be refunded. If an applicant is selected, the application fee becomes a non-refundable deposit.
When requesting for a refund:
- 90 days before the retreat: We can refund you 80% of the fees you settled (excluding the deposit) or transfer 80% of the fees to a future cohort. To attend the future cohort, the payment balance must be paid.
- 60 days before the retreat: You will receive 50% of the fees you settled as a refund (excluding the deposit) or transfer 50% of the fee to a future cohort. To attend the future cohort, the payment balance must be paid.
- Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refund will be issued. However, 30% of the fees you settled can be transferred to a future cohort. To attend the future cohort, the payment balance must be paid.
